I just realized something horribly pathetic about my life. I don't have a hero. I don't have anyone that I look up to. Nobody to try to be like. Nobody, that is, except for video game characters. They're badass, shit-talking, don't-take-no-crap-from-nobody types who stamp out their enemies and always get the girl. That, and they get all sorts of special moves.
