Have you seen those commercials for vacuum cleaners that are so powerful that they can pick up things like bowling balls, ball bearings, and emu's? Do we really need a vacuum this powerful? I'd be afraid of ripping up my carpet. Try explaining that to your landlord... "I swear! I was just trying to clean up!" Although, I suppose it would be handy if there was a disasterous spill down at the ball bearing factory...
